Manufacturing Process
The milk, previously sanitized and pasteurized, is concentrated in tanks with steam heating. Sugar, glucose, potassium sorbate, bicarbonate, and vanilla flavor are added, concentrating until reaching specific Brix degrees for each formulation. Subsequently, the dulce de leche is cooled in tanks, packaged in various formats, and stored for distribution.
